MAXX STRENGTH
Ever wanted to know how elite athletes train? if yes, then this class is for you. We use the latest strength research and incorporate it into our sessions. Guaranteed to drastically increase your overall strength and fitness.
Cost: $25, Duration 1 hour (Limited Numbers).
MAXX BOXX
Boxing is a great way to increase fitness and boost the metabolism. If you are looking for a enjoyable yet demanding workout, this session is for you. Focus pads are used in the session and we suppy the equipment. Please feel free to bring your own gloves and pads if you have them.
Cost: $15 (punch cards available, 11 for the price of 10). Duration 1 hour.
MAXX RUN TECHNIQUE
Technique sessions are designed to improve your running style with a series of short drills which will help your efficiency, reduce the risk of injury and take time off your distances. The location will vary on a month to month basis and we will hold the session on the first Saturday of every month.
Cost: $15 per session. Duration: 45min - 1 hour.

MAXX PERFORMANCE
The maxxfit performance class is based on off season functional training for professional athletes. Sessions are always challenging, varied and fun with a mix of cardio and strength training. Be prepared to work outside your comfort zone pushing yourself to a level of fitness you could only dream about.
Cost: Free for Members of Goodlife when classes are held @ Goodlife, $15 for classes at 1442 Malvern Rd and outdoors. Duration: 1 hour. Cost $15.
The outdoor session is Saturday February 25th is at the Tan, metting on Alexandra Ave just up from the Swan St Bridge at 6:30am .
JUNIOR LONG TERM ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT (LTAD)
If you are a parent or coach of a young athlete and are looking to give them a competitive edge, then the maxxfit LTAD model can help.
We will educate your young athlete on proper lifting techniques, nutritional advice, sport specific conditioning and periodised planning to excel to the best of their ability in their chosen sports.
At maxxfit our emphasis is with athletes in the Training to train, Training to compete and Training to Win phases. These are critical years in the development of an athlete and great care needs to be taken when developing programs and monitoring the athletes workload.
Cost: $15 per casual visit. Duration 1 hour.
Melbourne sessions will begin in early 2012.
